Technical Analyst

Allison started her career with Joyal Capital Management as a Technical Analyst where she leads the complete estate, financial and business analysis process for all new client engagements.  Her responsibilities include working with clients to discuss changes and updates to their estate plans as well as being the main point of contact for their inquiries.  She is responsible for processing all changes associated with a client’s personal financial statement through the firms Wealth Management platform.

Allison also works with JCM Franchise Development, LLC assisting our clients with the sale of their franchises.  She works with sellers to compile the necessary due diligence information in order to create the marketing circular. She also coordinates the documentation flow with our affiliate CPAs and law firms throughout the transaction life cycle. As the primary contact for potential buyers, Allison pre-screens candidates and coordinates the flow of information from initial bid offer through the final close.  Since Allison joined the firm in 2005, her efforts have resulted in the successful closing of over 20 transactions representing $75,000,000 in transaction volume.
 
Allison holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Psychology from Bridgewater State College and also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Bridgewater State College.
